At Dhiyo AI Labs, we respect your privacy and give you control over your personal data, business data, lead data, and communication records processed through our platform. This page explains how you can request deletion of your data from our systems.
If you have an active Dhiyo AI Labs account, you may be able to delete leads, contacts, campaigns, communication logs, or other records directly from your dashboard, subject to your account permissions and plan features. Deleted records may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period as part of our disaster recovery and security processes, after which they are permanently removed.

After verifying your identity, we will process your request and remove your account data from our active systems, except where retention is required for legal, security, accounting, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.
If you have interacted with our Facebook or Instagram integrations, such as lead forms, ad campaigns, chatbot flows, or related connected services, you may request deletion of your data by following the same email procedure above. We will use the details you provide to identify your records and remove them from our systems where applicable.
Any WhatsApp messages, AI call logs, IVR records, chatbot conversations, or related communication data processed through our platform on behalf of our customers is stored only for service delivery, automation workflows, reporting, and support purposes. If you want such data deleted, you may contact the business using Dhiyo AI Labs services directly, or contact us and we will coordinate the request with the relevant account owner where necessary.
We aim to respond to verified data deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe and, where possible, within 30 days of receiving a complete request with all required details. In some cases, this period may be extended if the request is complex or additional verification is required.
