This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules for cancellation, refunds, subscription charges, setup fees, and other payments made to Dhiyo AI Labs for use of our website, software platform, AI automation tools, CRM services, communication tools, and related services.

1. Subscription and service payments

Dhiyo AI Labs may offer subscription plans, setup services, onboarding services, communication credits, usage-based billing, and one-time professional services. By purchasing any of our paid plans or services, you agree to the pricing, billing cycle, and payment terms displayed at the time of purchase or shared during onboarding.

2. Cancellation policy

You may request cancellation of your subscription or paid service by sending an email to info@dhiyoailabs.in. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Once your cancellation is confirmed, your subscription will remain active until the end of the already paid billing period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All subscription fees, setup fees, onboarding charges, communication credits, usage-based charges, and service payments made to Dhiyo AI Labs are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise expressly agreed by us in writing.

Refunds, if approved at our sole discretion, may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as duplicate payment, incorrect billing, or failed transaction capture where payment was successfully received by us but the service was not provisioned appropriately.

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction, or if your payment was deducted but the service was not activated correctly, please contact us promptly at info@dhiyoailabs.in with your payment details, invoice, and transaction reference.

If a refund is approved by Dhiyo AI Labs, the refund will generally be processed within 5 to 7 working days. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, card, UPI, or original payment method may vary depending on your payment provider or banking partner.

If you have any billing concern, we request that you contact us first before raising a chargeback or payment dispute. Unjustified chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent disputes may lead to temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account or services.
