These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dhiyo AI Labs (“we”, “our”, “us”), including our website, AI business automation platform, CRM tools, communication interfaces, dashboards, software modules, integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies. You are responsible for all activities performed under your account by your employees, team members, agents, or authorised users.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
Dhiyo AI Labs provides software and technology services including, but not limited to, CRM tools, AI calling workflows, WhatsApp automation, lead management, customer communication tools, dashboards, and business automation solutions. Specific features may vary depending on the selected plan, subscription, or custom scope of work.
You retain ownership of the leads, contacts, messages, campaign data, call records, chatbot conversations, documents, and other information that you upload, import, or capture through the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content only to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms and providers such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), WhatsApp, Google, telephony providers, email/SMS gateways, CRMs, and payment gateways. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and operational rules. We are not responsible for service interruptions, account restrictions, or policy actions imposed by such third parties.
Certain features of the Service may require payment of subscription fees, setup charges, usage-based fees, communication credits, or one-time charges. Pricing and billing details will be communicated during purchase or onboarding. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees paid are non-refundable. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to paid services in case of unpaid invoices, misuse, or policy violations.
You may request cancellation of your subscription or services as per the applicable plan or commercial agreement. Cancellation will generally apply from the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or create legal, security, or compliance risk.

All software, workflows, interfaces, branding, designs, trademarks, logos, and materials provided as part of the Service are owned by Dhiyo AI Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your internal business operations only.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhiyo AI Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities, data, or savings arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
